Prof. George Wajackoya, a presidential candidate for the Roots Party, has shocked the internet by admitting that he was paid handsomely to sway voters for a particular candidate.

In an interview with K24 TV, Wajackoya said that he was promised Ksh 200 million by members of the political elite in an effort to sway voters from one presidential candidate to another in the highly sought-after election on August 9.
Wajackoya said that he had been instructed to campaign in one of the presidential candidate’s strongholds in an effort to lower his popularity, which would ultimately result in lowering his vote share in the area.

“The people who offered me sh 200M wanted to campaign in his territory to sway votes away from a particular presidential candidate. In the streets, I am battling for some lads. Do you really believe they’re going to murder me if I accept that money? “According to Prof. George Wajackoya.

Wajackoya, however, said that he was on a mission to revive the lives of the youngsters living on the streets, and as a result, he never accepted the money offer.
